摘 要 铝锭垛铝机是一种用于对铝锭自动打捆的设备。 本文简要介绍了铝锭垛铝机的整体组成部分及其分类，阐述了铝锭堆垛机的总体设计，重点介绍了铝锭堆垛机的自动控制系统设计、压紧机构的设计。主要包括铝锭堆垛机自动控制系统的功能分析、控制系统类型的选择、输入/输出设备的确定、PLC简介及设备选型、PLC的I/O口的分配、PLC控制系统硬件、软件设计、PLC程序编制、系统调试. 老式的打包机的电气控制部分大多数仍采用继电器控制这种控制方法采用众多的电器元件逻辑布线复杂接点多故障率高设备运行可靠性差。采用PLC控制能有效的解决这些问题。该系统工作性能稳定,提高了生产线的自动化程度,并切实提高了生产线的生产效率。 关键字：铝锭堆垛机；自动控制；PLC Abstract The section Aluminum ingots stacking machine is an equipment for profile steel automatic baling. This article introduced overall components and sorting of Aluminum ingots stacker, and simply introduced the design of overall stacker for bar shape, and introduced the design of control system of automatic stacker for bar shape and impaction emphasis mechanism in detail. In this paper, there has mainly included the function analysis of control system of automatic stacker for bar shape, the tape selection of control system, the determination of input and output device, the introduction of PLC and the type selection for control equipment, the input-output device allocation of PLC, the design of hardware and software system of PLC control system, the program composition of PLC and system test; and in that there were also including the Aluminum ingots design of impaction mechanism oil cylinder and the strength checking. the electrical control parts of the Baler still mostly use the relay control. this control method used numerous electrical components,Logic routing complex, contact, the high failure rate, poor equipment operation reliability. PLC control can be used effectively to resolve these problems. the performance of the system is stability, increase the degree of automation of production lines and effectively improve the efficiency of the production line.
