大连海事大学 毕 业 论 文 二○一三年八月 液压舵机跑舵故障分析 姓 名： 杨浩 指导教师： 王宝军 继续教育学院 摘 要 众所周知，船舵的作用是用来改变船舶方向和保持航向的，它的好坏直接影响 着整个船舶的航行，所以对船舶舵机的安全检查是轮机人员的经常性进行的最重要的工 作之一。本文希望通过对船舶舵机技术规范的介绍以及船舶舵机容易出现的故障分析和 对船舶舵机进行安全检查的重点的论述，以及对一些典型案例的介绍分析，使大家对舵 机的故障分析和检修提供一些借鉴的经验，使轮机人员在进行舵机安检工作时能够有目 标，有针对性的检查。这样既可以节省检查的时间，又可以全面的对舵机进行检查，提 高工作效率。这样可以有效的减少甚至避免海事事故的发生，船舶故障大部分原因是认 为造成的，只有提高轮机人员的技术水平，才能有效的避免因船舶故障引起的海事事故。 [关键词] 船舶；液压舵机；故障分析 Abstract As we all know, steering gear is used to change direction and maintain the course, it will have a direct impact on the entire ships voyage, the ships steering gear is a safety inspection of the turbines for the regular staff of the most important work . This article hope that the steering gear through the technical specifications of the ship and the ships steering gear easy on the failure of the ship steering gear and carry out safety inspection of the focus of the exposition, and some typical cases on the analysis so that everyone on the steering gear failure analysis Maintenance and provide some useful experience and make turbines security personnel working in the steering gear to have goals, targeted inspections.
