污泥深度机械脱水的优化研究姚尚安 1， 孙同华 1， 瞿赞 1， 应迪文 2， 贾金平 1， 王冠 1（1. 上海交通大学环境科学与工程学院； 2. 上海交通大学材料科学与工程学院，上海 200240）摘 要：降低污泥含水率是污泥处置的关键点。论文自制了高压恒压污泥过滤脱水装置，在 2 MPa 压力条件下 10 min 可快速将污泥 含水率降低至 75.30%；添加 3%氯化铁化学调理后，可进一步降低至 63.38%。添加氯化铝调理也可降至 71.98%；生物质添加剂也有较好的 效果，污泥分别与木屑和秸秆按质量比 2∶1 调理后，压滤后污泥的含水率分别为 60.22%和 63.75%，木屑的效果优于秸秆；生物质还具有极 强的吸水性，生物质与污泥混合泥饼压滤后表观含水率仅分别为 43.83%与 45.90%；此外，生物质调理后有助于提升污泥热值，可用于制 备生物质污泥燃料。化学调理与生物质调理具有协同作用，优化后的污泥实际含水率及泥饼表观含水率低至 55.23%与 39.16%，污泥减量 效果相当明显。关键词：深度机械脱水； 化学添加剂； 生物质添加剂； 污泥-生物质混合燃料中图分类号：X703文献标志码：Adoi：10.3969/j.issn.1003-6504.2014.03.025文章编号：1003-6504(2014)03-0126-06Optimization Research of Mechanical Dewatering of Sludge with High PressureYAO Shang’an1, SUN Tonghua1, QU Zhan1, YING Diwen2, JIA Jinping1, WANG Guan1（1.School of Environmental Science and Engineering;2.School of Material Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai 200240, China）Abstract：Reducing the sludge water content is the key point of sludge disposal. Based on filter-pressing test by self made constant pressure filtration device, under 2 MPa pressure and 10min filter time can quickly remove the moisture content and decrease to 75.30%. Adding 3% FeCl3 can decrease the moisture content to 63.38%, while adding 3% AlCl3 can decrease the moisture content to 71.98%. Biomass additives also have good effects, sludge with sawdust/straw at the ratio of 2 ∶1 mixture, filter-pressured sludge moisture content can decrease to 60.22% and 63.75%, with the effect of adding sawdust better thanstraw. Due to the highly absorbent of biomass, the apparent moisture content of filter-pressured sludge cake is 43.83% and 45.90%. In addition, biomass which improves the heat value of sludge can be used for preparation of sludge-biomass mixture.
