摘要 带式输送机是连续输送机械的一个类别，是以输送带作为牵引构件和承载构件,利用托辊支撑，依靠传动滚筒与输送带之间摩擦力传递牵引力的连续输送设备。它可将各种粉状、颗粒状及块状等散状物料，在一定的输送线路上，从装载地点到卸载地点以连续物料流的方式进行输送，不仅对工业企业的内部输送起着重要作用，同时对其外部输送也起着重要作用。由于投资少、运营费低、可以进行物料的长距离输送等原因，在某些场合可以代替铁路运输及公路运输，已成为工业企业生产中不可缺少的输送设备。近20年来，由于带式输送机与其他输送机械相比具有不可比拟的优点，我国的带式输送机有突飞猛进的发展，比较突出的特点是应用的带式输送机输送量大、单机长度大、电动功率大、启动制动技术水平有很大提高。由于带式输送机运营费用低，特别在当前我国燃油供应紧张、依赖进口的数量大、油价高的情况下，使带式输送机的应用范围更加宽广。其优点主要表现在以下方面：结构简单，节能与经济性，输送物料范围广，输送距离长，输送能力大、生产效率高，线路布置灵活、适应性强，提升角度大，受料和卸料灵活，安全可靠性高，环保性能优越，操作简单、容易实现程序控制。 关键词：带式输送机 ;上运;电控系统 Abstract Belt conveyor is a type of continuous conveyor is a conveyor belt, as components of traction and load-bearing components, using roller support, rely on the transmission roller and conveyor belt friction between the transmission force of traction continuous conveying equipment.
