中小型企业融资对策研究与分析.doc

我国中小企业国际贸易融资问题及对策 摘要：当前我国中小企业在发展过程中普遍存在融资难的问题,国际贸易融资能够有效的解决中小企业融资难问题,但由于许多方面的制约,我国中小企业在国际贸易融资中也存在不少问题。本文分析了中小企业融资现状，国际贸易融资的基本概念，阐明了中小企业进行国际贸易融资的必要性和存在的问题，借鉴发达国家利用国际贸易融资促进中小企业发展的先进经验，结合我国实际情况，最后综合运用金融、经济管理等方面的结论，给出解决我国中小企业贸易融资的对策。 关键词：中小企业；国际贸易融资；问题；对策。 Researching of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country in financing in the course of their development Abstract：Nowadays, small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have difficultly in financing in the course of their development, international trade financing is an effective solution to small and medium enterprises financing difficulties, but because of all the reasons for the constraints, small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have a lot of problems in international trade financing. This paper analyzes the status of small and medium-sized enterprise financing, and the basic concepts of international trade financing. Explained the need for small and medium-size enterprise international trade financing and the problems existed in international trade financing, by analyzing the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and combined with the actual situation in China. Finally integrated use the financial and economic management of the conclusions put forward the countermeasures to solve those problems.
