新时期杭州市区人口空间特征研究及规划对策公理应联行文章编号：1009-6000(2012)03-0031-08 中图分类号：C922 文献标识码：B 作者简介：公理（1983-），女，硕士，杭州市城市规划编制中心助理工程师；应联行（1962-），女，本科，杭州市城市规划编制中心副总工程师，教授级高级城市规划师。新时期杭州市区人口空间特征研究及规划对策 Research of Population Distribution Characters and Planning Solutions for Hangzhou City during New Period 公理应联行 GONG Li YING Lian-xing 摘要: 2000 年前后杭州市进行了行政区划调整，以期在更大的范围内优化配置空间资源。随后“一主三副六组团”城市空间发展战略思路的提出，则实质上暗含通过多中心空间结构引导老城人口疏解以及促进人口空间分布优化的内在要求。本文基于区划调整后近 10 年来的人口统计数据，对新时期杭州市区的人口发展特点进行分析，并从市区和主城两个层面对杭州人口空间分布特征进行实证研究，据此提出引导杭州市区人口空间合理分布的规划对策与建议。关键词: 杭州市区；人口发展特征；人口分布；城市空间结构 Abstract:The city of Hangzhou went through an administrative division adjustment around 2000, which aimed to optimize urban spatial configuration in a larger area. The new urban spatial development strategy “one main city, three subsidiary cities and six clusters”, which was proposed afterwards, implies the internal needs of evacuating people in old town through multi-center urban structural and optimizing population distribution. This essay analyses the population development characteristics of Hangzhou city during recent ten years based on population statistics since 2000. Empirical study has been introduced to reveal the characteristics of population distribution from whole city level and main city level. Planning countermeasures and suggestions have been brought up at the end to encourage a rational population spatial distribution mode.
