摘 要 根据仪征化纤公司十一五发展规划，公司原煤用量发展需求量的增加，需要对仪征化纤现有设计能力为120万吨的长江港区码头卸煤泊位及输媒廊道进行扩容改造，以满足仪征化纤生产安置安全、稳定运行及发展的需要。本设计根据发展要求的需要，进行码头平面布置，并确定横梁、纵梁、面板等构件的截面形状、尺寸。分析码头荷载，利用GDL轨道梁计算系统、PJJS横向排架计算系统，计算梁、排架在最不利载荷作用下的弯矩、剪力。进行轨道梁配筋，作出配筋图。并对轨道粱进行验算。 关键词：高桩码头，荷载，船舶，轨道梁，起重机轨道，面板，桩 Abstract According to fifteen development plan of the Yizheng chemical fiber company, raw coal amount of development demand of the company was increasing.It needs to be one point second million ton Yangtze River port area wharf which unloads the coal berth to the Yizheng chemical fiber existing designed capacity and loses the intermediary corridor to carry on expands allows to transform by satisfies the Yizheng chemical fiber production placement security, the stable movement and the need to develop. This design ,according to develops the request need, carries on the wharf plane arrangement, and component and so on determination crossbeam, carline, kneading board section shape, size. Analyzes the wharf load, uses GDL the crane girde rcomputing system, the PJJS crosswise shelving computing system, calculates Liang, the shelving under the most disadvantageous load function bending moment, the shearing force. makes matches the muscle to crane girder ,makes matches the muscle chart. And carries on the checking calculation to crane girde.
