八层钢筋混凝土框架结构体系毕业设计计算书.doc

摘 要 本毕业设计内容为淮阳华林集团办公楼，该楼结构形式为高层钢筋混凝土框架结构。共八层，底层层高4.2米，其他层层高均为3.6米。建筑物总高度为30.9米，宽度为14.4m,长度为64.8m总建筑面积为7464.96平方米。框架抗震等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为7度，场地为2类场地。本设计的主要内容： 1.建筑设计：根据使用功能不同，分别设置了大空间办公室及小开间独立办公室。正对大厅设置两部电梯，电梯两侧布置两个防火楼梯，卫生间位置在楼梯间两侧，每层设置。该方案总体采光较好，结构布置合理，功能分区明确。 2.结构设计：结构设计阶段进行了结构平面布置、估算截面尺寸、荷载计算、侧移验算、内力计算、内力组合及构件设计等工作，并完成了标准层结构平面布置图、框架配筋图、楼梯、基础结构施工图。内力计算：采用底部剪力法进行水平地震作用下的楼层内力计算；采用D值法进行水平地震作用下框架内力计算；采用弯矩二次分配法进行竖向恒载、活载作用下的内力计算；内力组合：考虑恒载＋活荷载、恒载＋活荷载+水平地震作用两种内力组合方式进行框架梁、柱的最大弯矩及轴力计算；截面配筋及验算：对于框架梁柱进行控制截面的计算配筋，并进行框架节点的验算。单向板设计采用弹性方法进行计算配筋， 关键词：钢筋混凝土，框架，结构设计 The contents of the graduate design Jiaozuo City Design Institute of office design, the building structure for the high-level reinforced concrete frame structure.
