The authors have focuses on the following issues. Firstly, combining the criteria of selecting the ho- tel location reported in the literature review and considering the characteristics of budget hotel, the authors have chosen four factors, namely, the social economic foundation, the traffic condition, the commercial fac- tor and the public service affecting the location of budget hotel. Secondly, the researchers have set up the method and procedure of the suitability evaluation of the micro-location of budget hotels comprehensively making use of entropy weight method and weighted average method.
