芜湖市业余羽毛球俱乐部发展现状及管理方式的研究 摘 要：关注健康、追求运动乐趣已成为构建现代生活方式的两个基本要素,大众体育消费已成为我国体育产业的重要组成部分但我国的体育产业与发达国家相比还有相当差距如何握历史机遇,全面推动群众体育事业发展,并进一步挖掘群众体育事业的商业价值及社会价值已成为广大学者关注和研究的新课题。 羽毛球是我国的传统优势项目,在国际上享有很高的声誉, 作为隔网对抗的个人和双人球类项目之一,有其独特的魅力也吸引了越来越多的羽毛球爱好者,加快了羽毛球运动的市场化运作和发展。文采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和数理统计等方法。通过对市区羽毛球俱乐部的基本情况、经营状况、管理机制、教练员基本情况参与羽毛球锻炼群体基本情况进行调查分析 以能为市羽毛球俱乐部的持续、健康发展提供参考依据Department of Physical Education Courses Student Learning Status Quo Abstract ：Attention to health, the pursuit of sports fun constructing the modern way of life has become the two basic elements, mass sports consumption has become the sports industry in China is an important part of the sports industry in China, but compared with the developed countries have quite the gap. Key words：Badminton, amateur clubs, development present situation, the countermeasures , 又可作为体育项目来增进健康。羽毛球俱乐部是社会化体育组织，俱乐部作为开展大众体育的基本组织形式在许多发达国家已经广泛采用，也成为人们参加体育运动最为方便，最为有效的途径和社会体育的主要载体。本研究希望能以羽毛球俱乐部为突破，针对目前经营现状、管理体制、消费群体、教练员等方面进行系统研究, 总结益阳市羽毛球俱乐部场所及教练员的欠缺，利用我市有利资源，加强羽毛球俱乐部的建设，提高教练员队伍的整体素质，
