内容摘 要 目前我国中小制造企业竞争激烈，而物流是伴随着生产过程而发生的物体在空间和时间上的移动，它是动态生产系统的一种表现形式，是决定生产率水平的关键因素。中小型制造企业要想有所作为，就必须运用先进的管理方法来加强管理，提高生产物流的作业效率，降低生产成本。于是本文选择了中小型制造企业生产物流系统作为研究对象，对中小型制造企业生产物流系统进行了分析。首先介绍了我国中小企业的生产物流现状及其存在的问题。其次，提出了系统的规划设计和信息系统的建设，最后以某聚乙烯塑料制造企业为例，研究了如何将瓶颈约束生产物流的思想运用于对企业生产物流系统进行全面优化，也利用SLP和SHA建立了新的生产现场的布置以降低物流成本，提升企业的竞争力。结果表明提出的新的优化布局，改善物流的方案设计是有效的。 关键词：生产物流、约束理论、信息系统、设施布置 ABSTRACT Currently small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China competition, but the logistics associated with the production process is occurring object Space and time on mobile, it is a dynamic production system, a form of expression is a key factor in the decision level of productivity. First introduced the current situation of SMEs in the manufacturing and logistics problems. Secondly, the proposed system planning, design and construction of information systems, finally a polyethylene Plastic Manufacturing enterprises as an example, examined how the production bottleneck Yue Shu Si Xiang applied to the business logistics of the production logistics system is fully optimized, but also the establishment of the Xin layout of the production site to reduce logistics costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The results show that the proposed new layout optimization to improve the logistics of the program design is effective.
