挖掘机虚拟仪表的开发与研究 摘 要 挖掘机虚拟仪表系统是工程机械技术革命的一项重要内容，它是将工程机械传统的模拟测控技术改变为现代的数字测控技术，把工程机械装备的现代化和信息的现代化提高到一个新的高度。用数字化的虚拟仪表取代机械式传统仪表已成为实现车辆自动化的一个重要课题。 虚拟仪器技术是虚拟技术在仪器仪表领域中的一个重要应用，它是现代化计算机技术和仪器技术深层次结合的产物，是测试技术的一项重要技术。它突破了传统仪器的概念，使仪器的结构和设计发生了根本的改变，有“软件就是仪器”的说法。 随着计算机技术的日渐成熟，在工程机械制造行业对于仪表的数字化已经成为一种不可扭转的趋势。本课题采用虚拟仪器技术，用美国NI公司的图形软件LabVIEW为挖掘机设计了机载综合信息显示系统，此系统为虚拟仪表系统。虚拟仪表系统是计算机资源（CPU、显示器等）、接口电路（Ｄ／Ａ、Ａ／Ｄ等）与数据分析、图形用户界面软件等有机结合的仪表系统。虚拟仪表具有功能及参数能自动定义、动态画面可视性强的特点。 采用虚拟仪表后，不但实现了各种功能，且表的读数一目了然，可读性好，读数精度高，系统容易升级、扩展。 关键词：挖掘机，虚拟仪器技术，虚拟仪表，LabVIEW Abstract  Excavator virtual instrument system construction machinery and technology revolution is an important content, it is traditional construction machinery simulation and control technology change control for the modern digital technology to deliver construction machinery and equipment modernization of the modernization of information to a new height.
