摘 要 员工培训是最为重要的人力资源开发方式之一,员工培训能有效地增进员工知识技能和能力,更大程度地实现员工的自身价值,提高员工满意度,增强对组织的归属感和责任感,员工培训直接影响到员工的素质和工作绩效并进而影响企业整体竞争力。在电力企业中同样如此,电力企业要想实现持续稳固的发展,必须解决员工培训中常见的问题。 面对21世纪的挑战,电力企业若要在激烈的市场竞争中生存并激流勇进,就必须造就大批能适应新体制要求、能适应激烈市场竞争的优秀管理人才,要实现这一目标,就必须了解企业人力资源培训与开发的现状及存在问题,并找出合理解决问题的途径,通过持续的人力资源投资,增加人力资源的存量,充分发挥人力资源的优势,保证企业持续健康发展。 本文以锦州供电公司员工培训为研究对象,在阐述培训相关理论的基础上,对该企业人力资源现状进行了介绍和分析研究,找出了企业在员工培训方面存在的一些问题和不足,针对这些问题和不足,结合锦州供电公司的实际情况,对企业的员工培训提出了完善的对策。 关键词: 电力员工;培训; 培训评估 Abstract Staff training is one of the most important methods for the development of human resources. Staff training can effectively build the fund of knowledge for the employees, develop their skills to achieve as much self worth as possible and improve their satisfaction to construct the sense of belonging and take responsibility to the organization. Thus, employees training directly affects the quality and performance of employees and indirectly affects the overall competence of the company’s business. The power companies are in the same situation, they have to solve the common problems in the training process so as to develop continuously and sustainably. In the competitively economic environment during the 21st century, the survival and success of the power companies are based on excellent staffs who can adapt to the new system and fierce competitions of the market. In order to achieve this goal, the power companies must control the both the improvement and existing problems of staff training in the most current situations. Continuous investment in training, increasingly would-be staffs’ number and effectively functional training activities can be reasonable and effective ways to keep the success and development of the power companies. In this paper, the author focuses on the staff training of Jinzhou Power Company. Firstly, the author introduces the background and theories of training in power companies. Then, the author consider the staff training programs in Jinzhou Power Company as a case study. By obs
