毕业设计论文 (2011年) 课题名称 U形管式真空管太阳能集热器及系统设计研究 专业名称 热能与动力工程 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 2011 年 6 月 10 日U形管式真空管太阳能集热器及系统设计研究 摘 要 南京工业大学南苑2栋宿舍楼位于南京工业大学新校区内，坐北朝南，共有5层，40间宿舍。本设计以此宿舍楼为依据，选择合适的方案，进行太阳能能源供热水。 本设计先对全楼热水用水量进行分析计算，进而得出所需太阳能集热器面积，再根据场地限制，使集热器合理布置联接，产生符合要求的热水，最后把符合要求的热水供给整个宿舍楼。集热器的布置、联接，是整个设计的重要部分，只有集热器布置合理，才能最大限度的吸收太阳辐射，产生热水。辅助能源的应用避免了在阴雨雪等无太阳能天气情况下集热器不产生热水的缺点。控制系统的应用增加了太阳能热水系统的人性化，整个系统的运行不需要人工长期坚守，完全由电脑系统接收信号和发出指令，简化了操作流程。如要改变某些系统参数，只需在控制器上设定就能达到。智能化系统也是太阳能热水系统的一个发展趋势。 关键词：太阳能 U形管 辐射 热水系统 集热器 U-shaped pipe vacuum tube solar collectors and system design Abstract Nanjing University of Technology Songyuan No2. Dormitory, tting towards north and facing to south, ies a new campus of Nanjing University of Technology, th a total of five-storey, roms. The design based on this building, selects the appropriate options for solar water heating. The design carries out analysis of water consumption for the whole building and then come to the required area of solar collectors. And then according to space restrictions, the collector will be connected with a reasonable arrangement to produce hot water to meet the requirements. Finally the heat water which reaches to the standard will be supplied to the whole dormitory. The important parts of the whole design are the arrangement and the connectivity of the Collector. Only with the reasonable arrangement, the collector can maximize the absorption of solar radiation in order to heat the water. Application of auxiliary energy avoids the shortage that the solar collect can’t work with the snow, the rain and other weather conditions without the sunshine. With the application of the Control system, the solar water heating systems will be operated more convenient .The entire system does not require manual operation with long-term time .The computer system will receive signals and g
