ISO9001标准是世界上许多经济发达国家质量管理实践经验的科学总结，具有通用性和指导性。实施ISO9001标准，可以促进组织质量管理体系的改进和完善，对促进国际经济贸易活动、消除贸易技术壁垒、提高组织的管理水平都能起到良好的作用。许多企业都采用IS09000族质量管理体系标准但是不少企业的质量管理体系在运转中都存在不少问题。本文公司的质量管理体系运行过程中存在的问题找出影响企业质量管理工作的关键因素问题进行了研究。针对这些主要问题提出了一完善和提高企业质量管理工作的可操作的、切实有效的对策。期望通过对公司质量管理体系研究能够对我国的许多企业尤其是中小企业的质量管理体系的有效运行具有一定的指导作用。 Abstract ISO9001 standard is the world many economic developed countries quality management experience in the practice of the scientific summary, has the generality and guidance. Implement ISO9001 standard, can promote the organization of the quality management system to improve and perfect, to promote international economic and trade activities, the elimination of trade barriers to technology, improving the management level can play a good role. At present, the domestic many enterprises have adopted family IS09000 quality management system standard, but, many enterprise quality management system in motion are there exist a lot of problems. This paper tries to analysis the sea through the companys quality management system and the establishment of the system of the process problems in the operation process, find out influence enterprise quality management work of the key reasons, and on these key factors problems are analyzed. At the same time, aiming at the main problems, this paper puts forward a series of perfect and improve enterprise quality management work of operational, practical and effective countermeasures. Expect through the sea along the company quality management system of plain research, can on our countrys many enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprise quality management system run effectively which have a certain guiding role.
