摘 要 现如今的民营企业已是国民经济中一支重要活跃的力量，在经济活动中起着及其重要作用，但其发展也面临着重重困难，一个及其重要原因就在于财务管理工作跟不上企业发展的需要，有相当一部分忽视了财务管理的核心地位，资本和技术构成较低，管理思想僵化落后，不能发挥财务管理对企业资金的计划、运用和分配的功能，企业财务管理目标短期化，使得企业抵抗风险的能力较弱，企业寿命周期短、生存力不强，影响了企业的壮大与发展，加强企业财务管理迫在眉睫。 从黑龙江省七煤公司财务管理现状出发，以现代财务管理为依据，通过SWOT分析和定性分析等分析方法，发现七煤公司财务管理方面存在的问题，并找出问题存在的原因，从而探讨适合七煤公司自身发展的财务管理方法及对策，通过内部条件的改善来适应外部环境，并在一定范围内，通过改变企业自己的小环境增强自身活动，完善财务管理机制和资金管理，提高七煤公司的经营管理水平，讨论七煤公司在新形势下财务管理工作的发展方向。 关键词：财务管理；资金管理；SWOT分析 Abstract Now the enterprise is the national economy an important active force, in economic activities play a very important role, become the stable development of social economy foundation and powerful impetus.
