减缓高职高专学生压力，改进大学生思想政治教育工作 　　摘 要 随着我国社会经济能力的不断提升，高职高专学生所面临的学习、经济、就业以及升学等多方面的压力也随之出现。在这一时代背景下，传统的思维模式与相应的教学方案已然不能满足学生新时期的思想政治教育要求。同时，激烈的社会竞争也促使许多学生出现了不同程度的心理问题，严重影响了学生的健康成长。积极适应时代的变化，根据学生的实际情况对其展开具体的思想政治教育工作是帮助高职学生缓解压力的重要手段，因此，合理、有效改进大学生思想政治教育工作就显得尤为重要。本文以思想政治教育与缓解学生压力之间的关系分析为论述切入点，先后阐述了高职高专学生所面临的压力、缓解压力的途径以及改进大学生思想政治教育工作的相应措施，旨在为后续的学生教育工作提供参考依据。 　　关键词 减缓 高职高专 压力 改进 思想政治教育 　　Abstract With the continuous improvement of Chinas social and economic capacity， higher vocational college students are faced with the pressure of study， economy， employment and further education and so on. Under the background of the times， the traditional thinking mode and the corresponding teaching plan can not meet the requirements of the students in the new era of Ideological and political education. At the same time， the fierce social competition has prompted many students to have different levels of psychological problems， seriously affect the healthy growth of students. Actively adapt to the changes of the times， according to the actual situation of the students expand the ideological and political education of the students in higher vocational colleges is an important means to help ease the pressure， therefore， it is particularly important to reasonably and effectively improve the ideological and political education.
