基于公共关系视角的企业文化构建策略探究

摘要：市场经济发展 20 余年来，作为市场经济高度发展的产物,企业文化的建设已
经被越来越多的企业所重视,公共关系理论也越来越多地被运用到企业发展当中。由
于理论上的不足、经验的匮乏加之受到各种外来文化理论的冲击，使得在企业文化的
建设上的公共关系理论运用出现了一些问题和不足。如何将公共关系理论恰当地运用
到企业文化建设当中，本文将从公共关系的视角来分析企业文化建设中存在的问题，
并结合公共关系理论阐述一下企业文化的构建策略。

The Exploration of Enterprise Culture Construction Based on Public
Relations
Abstract ：For market economy has developed for more than 20 years, as a byproduct of
highly development, the construction of enterprise culture has been more and more
important for enterprise, and theory of public relation is increasingly applied to enterprise
development. Due to the lack of theory and experience, together with the hit from the
foreign culture, the application of enterprise culture construction based on public relations
appeared some problems and insufficiency. This article will analyze the problems existing
in the enterprise culture construction as how to apply the theory properly from the
perspective of public relations, and elaborate the construction strategy of enterprise culture.
