　 军 杂 20 13年6月1 日　第38卷　第6期 524 解放 医学 志　 根管冲洗剂拮抗性的研究进展 屈晨(综述)，王萍(审校) [摘要]　根管治疗是各型牙髓病和根尖周病最为有效的治疗方法。单纯的机械装备无法彻底清理根管，还可能影 响根管的严密充填，只有与化学冲洗剂同时作用才能达到较强的清洁效果。根管冲洗液必须具备溶解组织、清除病原 微生物、润滑根管壁、去除玷污层等作用，迄今为止没有任何一种溶液能同时发挥这些效能，因此需要联合使用。这 样不仅能够达到良好的清洁和消毒效果，还可降低冲洗剂的使用浓度，减少副作用。但也有研究表明各种化学冲洗剂 之间存在拮抗作用。本文针对几种常见的冲洗剂联合使用的拮抗作用进行综述。 [关键词]　根管冲洗剂；次氯酸钠；螯合剂；有机酸；氯己定 [中图分类号]　R78 1.05 [文献标志码]　A [文章编号]　0577-7402 (20 13)06-0524-04 Research progress of antagonistic interactions among root canal irrigations * QU Chen, WANG Ping Department of Stomatology, First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Chongqing 400016, China * Corresponding author, E-mail:cqcnwp@ [Ab stract]　Root canal th erapy is th e most effectiv e w ay to treat v arious pulp osis and p eriapical disease. Simpl e mechanical apparatus can not clean root canal th oroughly, but may affect tight filling instead. It can achiev e a satisfactory cleansing effect only w h en it is combined w ith a ch emical solution. Irrigation fluid for root canal sh oul d p ossess th e prop erties of tissu e dissolution, antimicrobial, lubrication, and remov al of smear layer. So far, no solution is able to fulfill all th ese functions. Th erefore, a combined use of multiple irrigation solutions is suggested. It can not only achiev e good effect in cleaning and disinfection, also it can low er th e concentration of different solutions, thus reducing th e side effects. Nev erth eless, some exp eriments prov ed that antagonism ex isted among th e ch emical s used for irrigations. Th e purp ose of present articl e is to rev iew th e antagonistic effect among th e ch emical s used for irrigation wh en th ey are used togeth er for root canal treatment.
