摘 要 : 利用有限元法计算机架的刚度 , 用影响函数法计算辊系弹性变形 , 根据经验公式得到轴
承座的变形 , 进而得到整个工作机座的刚度及各部分变形所 占的比例 , 用有限元分析得到机架的应力
分布 。计算结果为轧机的改造和轧制规程的制定提供依据 。

A b stract: U se fin ite elem en t m ethod to calcu late the hou sing stiffness; adop t the influence function m ethod to
comp ute the elastic deform ation of roller; and get the deform ation of the bearing seat according to the exp eri
enced equation. In th is way, the whole m ill stiffness and the p roportion occup ied at each section can be ob
tained. The stress distribution of the hou sing can also be obtained by the fin ite elem ent m ethod. The comp uted
resu lts can be the ba sis for m ill alteration and the setup of the rolling ru le s.
