Methods: the remission and recurrence of 127 children with CVA were observed and evaluated. The anti inflammation and immunoregulation effects were also evaluated. Results: 127 cases of CVA patients after treatment, the remission rate was 85.58% after treatment 6 months follow-up recurrence rate was 21.10%; 45 cases of CVA patients before treatment serum prealbumin (PAB) was 217 + 59 (mg/L + s), the end of the 26 cases after treatment by PAB was 304 + 68. 26 cases of CVA patients before treatment blood natural killer (NK) cells was 8.6 + 3.5 (% + s), the end of the 14 cases after treatment of NK cells was 12.1 + 4. Conclusion: CVA has a high rate of remission and a low recurrence rate, and it has anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects, and has a good short-term and long-term effect on CVA. The authors investigate guilongkechuanning (Ke Chuanning) the main control CVA, and evaluate its anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.
