（ 二 〇 一 三 年 六 月 硫化方法目前在工业生产中应用广泛，在工业发展历程中也起着重要的作用。绝热层硫化装置的设计也利用了这一技术，将工件固定在夹具上面，通过法兰盘与工作转轴连接起来，工作转轴在电机轴的带动下一起转动，链轮通过链条将20组工件连起来，一起随工作转轴转动。电机在变频器的作用下实现多级变速，以满足工件在不同转速下硫化的要求。硫化室的温度需要维持在100℃不变，这就需要用数字调功器来控制加热器，使温度保持不变，确保硫化的顺利进行。变频器和数字调功器是通过一个类似于CPU的PLC来控制，最后在数显仪上显示出转速和温度。 此设计由机械部分设计和电气控制部分设计组成，机械部分主要是对硬件部分的设计选型，来完成实体部分的设计，电气控制部分是对后期生产中的操作等所做的设计，主要是运用PLC控制实现。 关键词：绝热层 硫化 PLC控制 变频器 数字调功器 Abstract Vulcanization method is now widely used in industrial production in the industrial development process also plays an important role.
