自动翻板机的设计摘 要翻板机是一种应用广泛的专用设备,在各种板类材料的生产加工过程中都有应用。然而翻板机的专用性非常强,因此需要针对不同的生产条件进行设计，这就增加了翻板机研究的价值。首先，本文选择对钢铁行业的自动翻板机进行研究。在了解了自动翻板机的工作原理之后，对其关键机构进行设计与校核，同时对核心的翻板机构做了设计与分析，由此完成了对翻板机整体设计。其次，本文根据自动翻板机的工作原理以及工作流程，对比继电器控制系统与PLC的特点，选择了继电器控制系统做设计。第三，本文重点分析了自动翻板机的工作原理，关键机构的设计与校核以及自动控制系统的设计。在工作原理部分，用画原理图的方式对翻板机的工作原理进行了详细地梳理；在关键机构的设计与校核部分，运用所学知识对自动翻板机的核心机构进行计算并校核，校核结果均合格。在控制系统部分，结合了自动翻板机的工作流程，对比了PLC与继电器控制系统的特点，选择了继电器控制系统并设计了一套完整的自动控制体系。最后，文章对全篇做了总结并提出了自己的观点，为自动翻板机的研究提供了研究方向。关键词：翻板机，翻板机构，电气控制Design of the automatic plate-turning machineAbstractPlate turning machine is a widely used special equipment, which is used in the production and processing of various kinds of plate materials. However, the specificity of the turn over machine is very strong, so it is necessary to design for different production conditions, which increases the value of the research of the turning machine.First of all, this paper studies the automatic plate machine in the steel industry. After knowing the working principle of the automatic turning machine, the key mechanism is designed and checked, and the design and analysis of the core plate turning mechanism are completed. Thus, the whole design of the plate turning machine has been completed.Secondly, according to the working principle and working flow of the automatic turn over machine, comparing the characteristics of relay control system and PLC, the relay control system is chosen to design.Third, this paper analyzes the working principle of the automatic turning machine, the design and verification of the key mechanism, and the design of the automatic control system.
