临床医师参与院前急救轮岗工作的利与弊 [摘要] 目的 分析临床医师参与院前急救轮岗工作的利与弊 。 方法 通过首批 37 名临床轮岗医师的院前轮岗 情况及调查问卷，分析院前急救轮岗制度的有利因素与不利因素。 结果 首批 37 名轮岗医师完成了急救转运出 车 14 582 车次，占出车总数的 31.3%。 并使得院前急救平均反应时间由 13.8 min 缩短到 12.5 min，回车率由 5.7% 降到 2.5%，急救迟缓放车率由 14.6%降到 6.5%，平均迟缓放车率由 23.3%降到 12.0%。 轮岗医师调查问卷中，对 “急救医师工作强度”一项的评分最高为 7.7 分，对“急救医师福利待遇”一项的评分最低为 3.2 分。 “对院前急救 知识和技能培训是否满意”及“对自己应急能力的培养是否有帮助”两项的平均分均为 7.5 分。 结论 临床医师 院前急救轮岗制度既存在有利因素，又存在不利因素，未能从根本上解决急救医师紧缺的问题。 The feasibility of first aid referral physicians round of inpatient clinical analysis Jinxiang County Peoples Hospital [关键词] 临床医师；院前急救；轮岗；利与弊 The advantages and disadvantages of clinicians involved in the pre-hospi-tal first aid rotation DU Min NI Yanqing The Emergency Center of Pudong New Area, Shanghai 201206 ，China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of clinicians involved in the pre-hospital first aid rotation. Methods Analyze based on the rotation work and questionnaire of the first batch of 37 clinicians. Results The 37 rotation physicians completed 14 582 tasks of emergency transport, which occupied 31.3% of the total number of emergency tasks. The average response time of pre-hospital emergency reduced from 13.8 minutes to 12.5 minutes. The emergency return rate reduced from 5.7% to 2.5%. The ambulance delay rate reduced from 14.6% to 6.5%. The average delay rate reduced from 23.3% to 12% . In the questionnaire, the item of Emergency Physicians Working Strength got the highest score of 7.7, whereas the item of Emergency Physician Benefits got the lowest score of 3.2. Pre-hospital Emergency Knowledge And Skills Training Satisfaction and Cultivation Emergency Response Capacity were both 7.5. Conclusion There are not only favorable factors, but unfavorable factors in Pre -hospital emergency rotation system, which is not a fundamental solution to the first aid physician shortage problem.
