具有中间夹层的40Cr/UHCS超塑性固态焊接接头组织及性能
摘 要
超塑性是指材料在一定的组织及变形条件下,呈现出异常高延伸率而不产生颈缩与断裂的现象。超塑性固态焊接是一种基于材料超塑性的固态焊接新技术,具有重要的使用价值和工业应用前景。
本文以UHCS-1.6C和40Cr为研究对象,UHCS-1.6C/40C恒温超塑性固态焊接实验,探讨了UHCS-1.6C/40Cr添加中间夹层超塑性固态焊接可行性中间夹层UHCS-1.6C/40Cr超塑性,超塑接头显微组织、缺陷了中间夹层对超塑性固态焊接的作用,初探超塑机。实验结果表明:采用Cu中间层进行超塑焊接时,焊接缺陷较多,接头强度较低;采用低碳钢中间层在焊接温度780℃、初始应变速率0.5×10-4s-1条件下焊接30min,可获得最高拉伸强度达398MPa的焊接接头;采用工业纯铁中间层在焊接温度780℃、初始应变速率0.5×10-4s-1条件下焊接15min,可使接头强度达到560MPa,是相同热力循环下40Cr母材强的85%中间层与母材发生了良好的冶金结合超塑中间夹层超塑接头抗拉强度显著提高。

Superplasticity refers to the organization of a certain microstructure and deformation conditions, showed abnormally high elongation without necking and fracture phenomenon.Superplastic Solid-state Welding is a use superplastic of materials under certain conditions of welding technology.This paper studied the microstructure and properties of welded joints of Superplastic Solid-state Welding of UHCS-1.6C/40Cr with interlayer.
In this paper, UHCS-1.6C and 40Cr as the research object,superplastic solid-state welding test by constant temperature,Electronic tensile test and observation,Etc.Discussed the feasibility of superplastic solid-state welding with intermediate sandwich and the influence of process parameters.Analyzed the interlayer on the role of superplastic solid-state welding.And carried out microstructure analysis of weided joints, analysis of the joint area defect , microstructure analysis of the connection zone, and the mechanism of superplastic welding by observation with joint of UHCS-1.6C/40Cr.The results show that: the middle layer used Cu superplastic welding, welding defects are more low joint strength; the middle layer of low carbon steel welding temperature 780 ℃, initial strain rate of 0.5 × 10-4s-1 Welding conditions 30min, for maximum tensile strength of welded joints of 398MPa; the middle layer of pure iron used in the welding temperature of 780
