绍兴文理学院2012级本科会计学 毕 业 论 文 关于现今中小企业融资难问题探讨 姓 名： 学 号 专 业：会计学 批 次： 电子邮箱： @ 联系方式： 学习中心：诸暨市总工会职工学校 指导老师：骆红梅 2014年3月15日 、 摘 要 中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，在经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用。然而，融资难是制约中小企业发展的一个重要因素，并且成为一个世界性的疑难问题。大力发展中小企业是我国经济发展，尤其是县域经济发展的客观需要，因此必须对中小企业融资问题给予高度重视。 导致中小企业融资困境的原因是多方面的，包括中小企业自身的缺陷，银行业的垄断，中小金融机构发展的滞后，政策和法律的不完善等等。本文从我国中小企业的融资困境入手，通过实际调查反映中小企业的融资特点，分析形成我国中小企业融资现状的原因，结合我国中小企业的融资实情，针对中小企业融资中的体制性、政策性及操作性障碍，研究提出缓解融资难的政策建议和解决途径。 关键词：中小企业融资现状 困境 解决途径 Abstraction Small and medium-sized enterprises is an important part of national economy, plays an important role in economic development. Financing difficulties, however, is an important factor restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and become a worldwide difficult problem. Vigorously develop small and medium-sized enterprise is our country economic development, especially the objective need of the county economy development, so we must to give attaches great importance to the small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems. The causes of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises are various, including small and medium-sized enterprise own defects, monopoly banking industry, the lagged development of small and medium-sized financial institutions, policy and law is imperfect, and so on. In this paper, from the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, through actual survey reflects the financing characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes the reasons of formation of the current situation of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing in China, our country small and medium-sized enterprise financing the truth, for small and medium-sized enterprise financing system, policy and operation
