摘 要 随着电子技术的发展，由继电器逻辑控制的仓库自动门控系统因存在许多缺陷而逐步被淘汰，而可编程控制器（以下简称PLC）不断更新、发展，PLC控制是自动控制中最常见的控制方式之一，仓库自动门就是自动控制应用的一个典型例子。由于可编程控制器具有很好的处理仓库自动门的开关控制及良好的稳定性，而且可以很简单地改变控制的方式。因此，仓库自动门在日常生活中运用越来越广泛。 本文介绍了三菱可编程控制器（PLC）在仓库门控系统中的应用，对系统选型、工作原理、设计步骤、控制流程图、原理图和接线图做了详细阐述。仓库自动门控系统主要由以下几部分构成：可编程控制器（PLC）、信号采集装置、变频器、驱动装置、传动装置。通过信号采集装置有无人经过并将信号转换成开关量信号传到PLC，PLC根据开关信号来控制变频器的开停和速度的变换，再由传动装置带动仓库门运动。本系统设计结构简单，具有较高的可靠性、安全性、稳定性，并且可扩展能力强、维修方便。程序中也加强了仓库自动门控系统的安全性以及门的故障提示功能。 关键字： PLC 门 硬件配置 软件设计 组态软件 Based on PLC warehouse automatic gating system design Student ：LI Min-rong Teacher: ZHI Yan Abstract Along with electronic technologys development, because of has many flaws by the relay logical controls automatic gating system, but is eliminated gradually, but the programmable controller (hereafter refers to as PLC) to renew, the development unceasingly, the PLC control is in the automatic control one of most common control modes, the warehouse automatic valve is an automatic control application typical example.
