编号： 　毕业设计(论文)说明书 题 目： 无绳电话外壳注塑模设计 院 （系）： 机电工程学院 专 业： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导老师： 职 称： 题目类型：(理论研究 (实验研究 (工程设计 (工程技术研究 (软件开发 2010年6月1日 摘 要 无绳电话的日益普及使人们对无绳电话的性能要求越来越高, 而无绳电话外壳是无绳电话的一个重要的部分，所以它的设计和成型对整个产品来是很重要的一道工艺。 本论文详细的论述了无绳电话壳无绳电话壳{0首先对电视机后罩塑料制件结构和成型工艺进行充分的分析，了解其整个成型过程，为模具设计提供参考数据，保证模具结构设计的合理性。接着确定型腔的数量和分型面，针对本塑件设计成型零件的型腔和型芯，确定合理的浇注系统和排溢系统,根据型腔的形状设计模具的温度调节系统，然后设计模具的合模导向机构和推出机构，然后通过塑件的尺寸选取模架，对模具中主要零件的制造进行工艺分析。最后完成整个模具的设计。 设计中对注射模结构设计的进行了工艺分析，并进行相关的计算，设计出模具的最佳方案、总体结构设计、主要零件结构设计及相关参数的校核。该模具结构设计巧妙，操作方便，使用寿命长，塑件达到技术要求。设计方法对其它不同结构产品的注模具设计有一定的参考价值。Abstract Mobile phones become more and more popular and people ‘s need for their characteristics also become advanced. The mobile phone covering as a very important part of the mobile phone, the design and forming of which play a very important role for the whole product. This paper discuss the design of the mobile phone covering plastic injection mold and its process analysis in detail. Firstly, fully analyze the shape of the process to the mobile phone covering plastic and workpiece structure, known its wholly moulding process, provides the reference data for the mold design, ensure the mold structural design rationally. Then determine cavity quantity and marking mould surface, through these model piece design mould cavity and the core, determined reasonable pouring system and the platoon overflows system, according to the cavity shape designe the mold temperature control system，and then design matched molds guide structure and ejecting structure of the mould，according to the size of this paper select mould framework ,the manufacture proceed technical analysis of the mould match tool of the major parts. Finally, completes the entire mold design. In the design determined mobile phone covering plastic injection mode structure constructive proceed process analysis and have corresponding calculation, worker out the optimizational plan the overall structure
