毕业设计说明书 对辊式压球机的设计 摘 要 辊压机是一种脆性物料的粉磨设备、适用于粉磨水泥熟料、粒状高炉矿渣、水泥原料（石灰砂岩、页岩）、石膏、石英砂、铁矿石等。 辊压机是根据料床粉磨的原理设计的，两个辊子作慢速的相对运动，一个辊子固定，另一个辊子可以沿水平方向滑动。物料由辊压机上部连续地喂入并通过双辊间隙，给活动辊一定得作用力，物料受压而粉碎。在辊压机上部，物料首先进行单颗粒破碎。随着物料向下运动，物料颗粒间的间隙进入料床粉碎。特点如下： 辊压机由两个速度相等、相对慢速转动的辊子组成。一个辊子固定，另一个辊子可以沿水平方向移动，控制两辊子间的间隙。 靠液压系统作用在活动辊上，在两辊子间形成很高的压力，压力范围在50～300Mpa. 辊压机是根据料床粉碎的机理设计的。料床粉碎的前提是双辊间要有一层密实的物料。 关键词：辊压机；液压系统；成型 Abstract Roller press is a kind of powder of brittleness material to whet an equipments and be applicable to powder to whet cement familiar anticipate, grain the form blast furnace mineral residue, cement be original Anticipate(lime sandstone, shale), gypsum, silica sand, iron mine stone etc..The Gun presses machine is according to anticipate the bed powder whet of the principle design of, two Gun sons make slowly soon opposite sport, a Gun son fix, another Gun son can follow a level direction glide.The material is pressed an on board department by the Gun to in succession feed and pass a pair of Gun clefts, must get function dint for activity Gun, the material is press but smash.Press an on board department in the Gun, the material carries on single grain first broken up.Exercise downward along with the material, material grain the cleft of gets in to anticipate a bed to smash.Features are as follows: 1.Roller Press by two equal speed, relatively slow rotation of the roller.
