中国水利电力质量管理协会章程（Constitution of China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Quality Management Association） Constitution of China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Quality Management Association (adopted on November 30, 2004) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 this association is entitled China Water Conservancy and electric power quality management association, referred to as China Hydropower Quality Association; English Name: CHINA WATER RESOURCE ELECTRICITY QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATION, abbreviated as: CWREQCA. China water quality association consists of water conservancy branch and power branch.
