中医药疗法对无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折后凸畸形的矫形效果分析（Effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the correction of kyphosis in thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury） TCM therapy on Damage Analysis of orthopedic effect of thoracolumbar fracture kyphosis nerve Update: 06-29 [Abstract] the evaluation of 3 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine for noninvasive orthopedic effect of thoracolumbar fracture kyphosis nerve. Methods the thoracolumbar fracture without nerve injury complicated with kyphosis in 93 patients, randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (hereinafter referred to as the Chinese medicine group), waist pillow combined with traditional Chinese Medicine Topical group (hereinafter referred to bolster group), functional exercise with traditional Chinese medicine group (hereinafter referred to as functional exercise group), to observe the correction the effect of different TCM therapy of kyphosis. Results the patients were followed up for 14 ~ 39 months, functional exercise group and model group and Chinese medicine group to correct rate were statistically significant (P0.01), while there was no significant difference between the model group and Chinese medicine group (P0.05); there were patients with delayed clinical symptoms, pillow group and Chinese medicine group was not statistically significant (P0.05), functional exercise group and model group and Chinese medicine group were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the function exercise help to correct the kyphosis of thoracolumbar fractures, and has a good effect on the stability of the initial reconstruction of fracture, enhance the waist muscle strength, so as to improve its function, reduce the incidence of delayed clinical symptoms.
