It was diagnosed in this hospital from January 1994 to July 1998. 5 cases were examined by ultrasonography, and the results were analyzed as follows. clinical data There were 1 males and 4 females, aged 17~42 years, with an average age of 28.6 years. 1 cases were confirmed by operation and biopsy, and 4 cases were confirmed by clinical data. Ultrasound diagnosis was made in 3 cases, and 2 cases were misdiagnosed as constrictive pericarditis. A typical case: 35 years old, female patients, dyspnea, fatigue, edema of lower limbs symptoms increased gradually in August. Signs: the jugular venous distention, precordial audible and two systolic murmur and fourth heart sound, liver ascites syndrome (+), 4 ~ 5 rib, tenderness, lower extremities with mild edema, heart three bit no pericardial calcification, ECG showed left atrial enlargement, left ventricular hypertrophy, low voltage. Two dimensional echocardiography showed enlargement of left and right atria, thickening of left and right ventricular wall and interventricular septum (right ventricular wall 11 mm, interventricular septum and left ventricular wall were 15 and 16 mm), left ventricular lumen reduced and ejection fraction 12%. Mean systolic and diastolic function, ventricular wall thickening, brightening (Figure 1). A small amount of pericardial effusion was seen in the pericardial cavity.
