Methods: the clinical diagnosed or suspected AS cases underwent double sacroiliac joint X-ray and CT of undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy and slow acting drug for more than 3 years with AS followed by CT, and combined with clinical and laboratory data analysis. Results: III and IV grade sacroilitis in X-ray and CT high coincidence rate, and grade II and grade II under different. 30 cases of undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy after more than 10 years of follow-up, 7 patients developed AS. Treatment of 31 cases of more than 3 years after CT follow-up, although the clinical and laboratory findings were improved, but the CT is stable less than half, more than half of CT increase. Conclusion: sacroiliac joint CT examination in early diagnosis and differential diagnosis for AS, to determine the efficacy of AS CT was an important indication.
