[Keywords:] lumbar disc scan, slippage, Gap spondylolysis, facet joint [Abstract] Objective To explore the of value of intervertebral discs CT scan in. diagnosis of the lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods The intervertebral discs of CT scan imaging of the 21 cases confirmed as lumbar spondylolisthesis was retrospectively analysed the Results In the 21 cases, all of them had the pseudobulging sign of intervertebral discs, a few had double margin signs; In the cases of spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis, the feature was the increased sagittal diameter on the inferior edge of the olithy vertebra, the zygapophysial joints was normal, some of them present the cranny sign of vertebra arch; In the cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis, the feature was the reduced sagittal diameter on the superior edge of the olithy vertebra’s inferior vertebra, the zygapophysial joints present sagittal alter, half dislocation and degeneration.Conclusion The lumbar intervertebral discs CT scan could primarily diagnosis lumbar spondylolisthesis and its types.
