单刃刨刀刀坯冲压模具设计 作者姓名：甘志明 专业名称：机械工程及自动化 指导老师：骆静助教 摘要 冲压成形是金属成形的一种重要方法，它主要适用于材质较软的金属成形，可以一次成形形状复杂的精密制件。本课题就是将单（双）轴铣床、镂铣机、木线机、高速压刨、平刨、台刨、单面刨等机床的单刃刨刀刀坯作为设计模型，将冷冲模具的相关知识作为依据，阐述冷冲模具的设计过程。 本设计对指定工件进行的级进模设计，利用Auto CAD和Pro/E对制件进行平面和三维绘图。明确了设计思路，确定了冲压成型工艺过程并对各个具体部分进行了详细的计算和校核。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠，保证了与其他部件的配合。并绘制了模具的装配图和零件图。 本课题通过对工件的冲压模具设计，巩固和深化了所学知识，取得了比较满意的效果，达到了预期的设计意图。 关键词：冲压模具 冲孔 落料 单刃刨刀 刀坯 Abstract Stamping forming is a kind of important method of metal forming, It is mainly suitable for metal forming material is relatively soft, can be a molding shape complex precision parts. This design of specified workpiece progressive die design, parts to make use of Auto CAD and Pro/E plane and 3 d drawing. Clear the design ideas, to determine the stamping forming process and to each specific parts of detailed calculation and checking. Such a structure are designed, which can ensure the mold work using reliable, to ensure the cooperation with other parts. And draw the mold assembly drawing and part drawing. This topic through to the workpiece stamping die design, Consolidate and deepen the knowledge, and achieved satisfactory results, achieved the desired design intent.
