Series No．484 金　　属　　矿　　山总第484期 October　 2016　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 METAL MINE 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 2016年第10期地下采选一体化工程关键技术及设计实践许洪亮　姜仁义 (中冶京诚(秦皇岛)工程技术有限公司,河北秦皇岛066004) 摘　要　基于张家湾铁矿工程,对地下采选一体化工程的采矿方法、选矿工艺、总体布局、开拓运输等关键技术进行了分析研究,优化了技术方案,实现了地下采选一体化、无废排放、绿色环保,完成了张家湾铁矿地下采选一体化工程的初步设计。该设计地下选矿厂靠近采场,布置在围岩较稳固的岩体中,尾矿就近排入采空区,生产成本较低,可以作为矿山开展下阶段施工设计和建设的依据,也可供同类矿山建设参考。关键词　地下采选一体化　关键技术　设计实践　采矿方法　选矿工艺　　中图分类号　 TD21　　　文献标志码　 A　　　文章编号　 1001-1250(2016)-10-050-04 Key Technology and Design Practice of Integration of Underground Mining and Beneficiation Engineering Xu Hongliang　 Jiang Renyi (MCC Capital Engineering Research Incorporation (Qinhuangdao) Co. ,Ltd. ,Qinhuangdao066004,China) Abstract　 Based on the engineering of Zhangjiawan iron mine,the key technologiesin integration of undergroundmining and beneficiation are analyzed and studied,including mining method,beneficiation process,overall layout,development and transportation.Then this integratedtechnical schemeisoptimizedtorealizetheintegrationofundergroundminingandbenefici- ation,waste-free emission,and environment-friendly protection.The primary design on the integration of underground mining and beneficiation for Zhangjiawan iron mine is finished.The beneficiating plant at underground is near by the stope and ar- ranged at the stable surrounding rock in the primary design,wheretailings are discharged into the near goaf,so the production cost is lower.The primary design can be used as basis for the construction unit to carry out the next phase of the design and constructing,and also can be used as a referencefor similar mine construction.
