Method: extract from April 2012 to April 2013, 68 cases of diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease of pregnant women as the research object, and has given the routine inspection (ecg, ultrasonic) and color doppler ultrasound examination, analysis and comparison of both clinical diagnosis. Results: the study found that all 68 cases of pregnant women by color doppler ultrasound screening, 67 cases showed that the fetus has a congenital heart disease, detection rate was 98.53% (67/68),significantly better than that of routine inspection group 77.9% (53/68), compare differences statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: clinical give maternal color doppler ultrasound screening, mid effective diagnosis (20-28 weeks) of fetal congenital heart disease does exist, for the treatment and prevention and control of congenital heart disease as soon as possible, ensure that the overall treatment effect are important value, worthy of further promotion. 【key words】 color doppler ultrasound; The fetus; Congenital heart disease; Clinical value
