Methods The conditionally immortalized murine podocytes were randomly divided into four groups: 1. podocyte control group, 2.podocyte exposed to PAN, 3.podocyte exposed to Ramatroban, 4.podocyte exposed to PAN combined with Ramatroban, The level of podocytes apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry at 48 hours after PAN stimulation. The protein relative expression of nephrin was detected by real time quantitative RT-PCR. The protein expression of nephrin was detected by western blot.
