Results the stiffness of the model specimens decreased significantly compared with the blank specimens, and the stiffness of the specimens increased significantly after AFC fixation. Conclusion (1) the spondylolysis model is basically in accordance with the requirements of the test; (2) the L5S1 intervertebral space put 1 pieces AFC, L4,5 intervertebral space left anterior oblique position 1 AFC significantly improves the stability of spondylolysis model specimens, compared with pure parts have better stability effect of bone graft.
