腮腺混合瘤切除术加面神经解剖术34例临床分析（Clinical analysis of resection of mixed tumor of parotid gland with facial nerve anatomy in 34 cases） [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical features, incidence, surgical methods and prognosis of parotid tumor. Methods the clinical data of 34 cases of parotid tumor operation were analyzed. The anatomy of the superficial lobe of parotid gland tumor and facial nerve resection in 28 cases, with 2 cases of postoperative salivary fistula, 3 cases of facial paralysis; facial nerve anatomy under the whole leaf and parotid tumor resection in 6 cases, 1 cases of buccal permanent facial paralysis, 2 cases of recurrence 2 years after surgery. Conclusion parotid gland benign tumor, parotid benign tumor treated by nerve resection or solution section anatomy of facial nerve in parotid gland subtotal resection of parotid gland malignant tumor; facial nerve preservation in total excision of parotid gland and facial nerve were not invaded, postoperative radiotherapy, and should focus on rapid frozen section disease check in the role of surgery. Keywords parotid mixed tumor; facial nerve anatomy; Maxillofacial Surgery; Parotid mixed tumor is one of the most common diseases in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Surgical resection is the only treatment. It not only controls the recurrence of the tumor, but also avoids the complications. It is the main point of the operation. The superficial parotid or deep lobe resection of the facial nerve is more effective than the simple resection of the tumor, with low recurrence rate and less complications. The clinical data of 34 patients with parotid tumor are reported as follows: 1 data and methods 1.1 general information In this group, 34 cases of parotid gland tumors were confirmed by histopathological examination, including 22 males and 12 females.
