The author of our hospital since 1990 taken under 16 leg lateral radiographs were analyzed, including 450 cases of normal group, 27 cases of fracture of the bend group, diagnostic criteria of fibula bending fracture are discussed, and give points, the results are reported as follows. 1 clinical information 1.1 general data, 450 cases of normal group, 310 cases of men, 140 cases of women. There were 50 cases in both sides, 500 limbs, 200 limbs on the right, and 300 limbs on the left. The minimum age of 4 months, maximum 15 years old, average 5.7 years old, leg pain of unknown cause 290 cases (including 50 cases of bilateral limb control), suspected of 30 cases of tibial tubercle aseptic necrosis of the proximal tibia osteochondroma in 70 cases, 60 cases of foot bicycle injuries. There were 27 cases of fibula bending fracture, including 16 males and 11 females, with 13 limbs on the right and 14 limbs on the left. The youngest was 10 months, the oldest 16 years old, with an average age of 5.9. There were 3 cases of leg crush, 12 cases of falls, 9 cases of crush injury, 2 cases of knee varus surgery, 1 cases of old tibial nonunion and 3 cases of bone graft, of which there were no abnormalities of fibula, and the fibula was obviously bent and deformed postoperatively. The 1.2 leg X-ray normal group was normal in 330 cases (including 50 cases of bilateral limbs), 20 cases of tibial tubercle aseptic necrosis of the proximal tibia osteochondroma (70 cases of lesions in the fibular), 30 cases of tibial periostitis.
