The results show that the microstructure of DMR (Cer) in the cerebral cortex of cholinesterase (AchE) activity than normal rats increased (P 0.01), and M- receptor Rt in aged mice Cer values than normal young mice (P[K HT5 reduced 0.01), NYQ can significantly reduce the activity of AchE in Cer (P animal experiment from 0.05 to 0.01), increased M- receptor Rt (P 0.05 ~ 0.01). The results suggest that NYQ can significantly improve the memory ability by decreasing the activity of Cer in AchE and increasing the Rt value of M- receptor in experimental animals, which can be used for the treatment of senile dementia.
