组织能力观与传统资源观的比较分析(Comparative analysis of organizational competence view and traditional resource view) Abstract: in the dynamic complex environment, the emergence and development of organizational capacity view is the further deepening of the traditional concept of resources. Based on the organization view and the traditional view of resources based on the comparative analysis, discusses the relationship between the sustainable competitive advantage of the organizational capacity and the dynamic and complex environment, thus preliminarily constructed the basic strategic framework of an organization ability view. Key words: dynamic complex environment; organizational capability; sustainable competitive advantage; entrepreneurial spirit I. Introduction In the past 20 years, people have made use of the traditional view of resources to understand the establishment and sustainability of competitive advantages. However, recent studies show that many scholars begin to question the traditional view of resources. One important reason is that people think that enterprises are facing the external environment is undergoing major changes: on the one hand shows the dynamic environment, such as rapidly changing technology, increasingly shorter product life cycle, the rapid transfer of consumer preferences; on the other hand, as the complexity of the environment, such as not clear the fuzzy boundary, market competition and breaking the rules of competition etc.. In the dynamic and complex environment, the traditional resource-based view has obvious shortcomings in explaining the strategic management of the enterprises sustainable competitive advantage. Some famous enterprises, such as IBM, TI and PHILPS, do not guarantee a sustainable competitive advantage after they have accumulated many valuable resources following the resource view strategy (Teece, 1997). At the same time, it is noticed that some enterprises can gain a competitive advantage in a fast changing market environment
