Methods 35 Wistar rats were treated with the modified Allen method, and the spinal cord injury model was established at 2, 6, 24 andhours after injury. Histological, immunohistochemical and image analysis were carried out respectively. Results after the moderate spinal cord injury, the spinal cord of the injured part underwent pathological changes such as hemorrhage, thrombosis, liquefaction and necrosis. The expression of t-PA peaked at 3 days after spinal cord injury, then decreased gradually, but there was a small amount of expression in PAI 1 3 days after injury, and gradually increased. Conclusions t-PA and PAI-1 participate in the process of acute spinal cord injury, protect the survival of PAI 1 neuron and glial cells play a role.
