Methods semi quantitative RT-PCR was used to analyze the expression of TCR, BV1 ~ 20 gene fragments of T cells isolated from peripheral blood, joint fluid, synovial membrane (three samples from each group) in 6 RA patients without IL-2 stimulation. Results the expression of TCR BV gene in peripheral blood of patients with blood and normal peripheral pattern similarity; patients with synovial fluid and synovial TCR BV gene expression pattern is similar; while the patients in the joint (joint fluid + TCR synovium) BV gene expression pattern compared with peripheral blood, BV2, BV7, BV11, BV13.1, BV20. Conclusion the expression of T BV gene fragments in TCR patients is superior to that in RA patients.
