1 Lab Procedure PumpLabTM Centrifugal Flow/ Process Control System Introduction Industry utilizes pumping systems as an integral part of their production process strategy. Understanding the proper operation of centrifugal pumps and their ability to function as part of an integrated processing environment is a key to obtaining effective production results. TM PumpLab efficiently provides hands-on educational flow training in two parts: 1. the basics of centrifugal pumping 2. the application of that knowledge to programmable process flow control. Lab Process This sample lab procedure is divided into three majo r sections 1. Pump Lab Familiarization 2. Developing Centrifugal Pump Performance Curves 3. Centrifugal Pumping Process Control Applications Pump Lab Familiarization The Pump LabTM Centrifugal Flow/Process Control System combines i ndustrial pumping and programmable process control into one convenient and effective hands-on educational package.
