Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic Design Guidelines: Division 22 - Plumbing The following pages contain guidelines for the design and construction of new and renovated facilities at the Cleveland Clinic domestic locations. They shall be used by A/E firms in the preparation of drawings and specifications for construction of facilities. The general purpose of each Facilities Standard Guideline is to provide minimal criteria for construction materials and equipment at Cleveland Clinic facilities regarding Codes and FM Global compliance, warranty, approved products, execution and uniformity . The Guidelines are not Contract Specifications, but used to prepare more detailed, project specific specifications. The Guidelines are intended to be used to address system design aspects of equipment
