VB+access热量表远程抄表管理系统软件设计 摘要长期以来，我国北方在冬季供暖上按供热面积结算而按非实际用热量结算收费，这种结算方式导致用户节能意识差，造成严重的能源浪费，既影响供热方效益和积极性，也导致用户不满，随着我国福利制度的改革和热能计量的规范，在节能减排方针指引下，分户计量已势在必行。然而参照现阶段传统的抄表收费方式，其不但不能推动此方针的实施，反而有可能阻碍它的推进。因此热量表远程抄表必将会被应用以解决此问题。本论文就是在此基础上设计开发了一款专门用于热量表远程抄表的软件管理系统。本系统采用Visual Basic 6.0作为开发工具，应用ADO控件实现与本系统所使用的Microsoft Office Access 2003数据库的连接操作，设计并实现了系统的小区信息生成等七大功能模块。本系统功能齐全，界面友好直观，而且易于操作和维护，非常适合用于小区热量表的抄表管理。5640 关键词 ：远程抄表，管理系统，数据库 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 TitleTheSoftwareDesignOfRemoteMetering ManagementSystemOnHeatMeter Abstract In the long time, in northern China the settlement of heat is according to the heat area instead of the actual heat using on the winter heating, this billing method leads to poor awareness of energy conservation, resulting in a serious waste of energy, not only affects the heating companyrsquo;s efficiency and enthusiasm, but also leads to userrsquo;s dissatisfaction .With the reform of our welfare system and the specification of the heating measuring, under the guidance of the energy conservation policy heat household metering is imperative. However, refer to the traditional meter reading of this stage, it will not promote this policy, but it will hinder its propulsion. So calorimeter remote meter reading will be used to resolve this issue. based on this situation This paper designed and developed a dedicated software management systems for heat meters remote meter reading. The system uses Visual Basic 6.0 as a development tool, joining operation with Microsoft Office Access 2003 by ADO control ,to design seven functional modules of the system like the generating of district information and so on.
