我国西部城市社区体育现状与发展对策的研究 ——以西安市为例 杨建设a （西安体育学院 体育理论教研室，西安 710068） 摘要：运用文献资料和问卷调查等研究方法，围绕我国西部城市社区居民参加体育锻炼情况、 “全民健身工程”的使用、社区体育组织形式、社区开展体育活动及社区体育发展中存在的 主要问题进行调查与分析。在此基础上，提出我国西部城市社区体育发展的对策：加快西部 城市社区建设工作；解放思想，转变观念，进一步提高对社区体育的认识；大力加强社区体 育场地设施建设；增加社区体育专项资金投入；加快社会体育指导员队伍建设。 关键词：西部城市； 社区体育； 现状； 发展对策 On the Status quo and Countermeasure of the community sports in the west of China——as Xi’an for example YANG Jian-she (Sports Theory Section , Xi’an Institute of P.E, Xi’an 710068, China) Abstract: The article investigated and analyzed the major problems which existed in taking part in sports activities, the using of the national fitness project, the organization of community sports, the community carrying out sports activities and the development of community sports in the west city of China by documents and questionnaire etc. Through analysis, the author suggested that the solutions of developing community sports in the west of China were as follows: ( Ⅰ) quickening the community construction in the west of China; ( Ⅱ) librating people’s thoughts, changing people’s opinion, improving people’s understanding to community sports; (Ⅲ)strengthening the construction of community sports ground and facilities; ( Ⅳ) increasing the devotion of community sports fund; ( Ⅴ) enhancing social sports instructor construction.
