摘要 艺术设计能体现一个民族一个时代的生活方式及科技水准,艺术设计的精神性能反映一个民族一个时代的审美心理和审美风尚等.所以说艺术设计的民族性与时代性是需要结合发展的,传统是设计的基础和产生的条件,时代是设计的发展基础物质,只有二者有效的结合,才能创造完美的艺术设计,为人类的生活提高质的飞跃.民族性构成艺术价值的内在规定性。一个伟大民族的过去、现在和未来，都会有文艺的发展和繁荣的伴随，而真正伟大的艺术作品也总是充满民族性，蕴涵鲜明而浓郁的民族气质的，它们是民族意识、民族精神生活的花朵和果实。艺术作品充满民族性的关键在于具有民族的精神，在于一个民族理解事物和观察世界的独特方式和眼光。民族艺术与民族精神有着天然的联系。 关键词：中国传统图案；文化；图案；设计思想 Abstract Art design can reflect a peoples way of life and an era of science and technology level, the spirit of art and design performance reflects a national aesthetic psychology and aesthetic fashion of The Times.
